Add agency logo and agency information through the Agency Portal

You can easily add your agency's information and logo on your own through the Agency Portal.

Instructions on how to access the Agency Portal are available here. It's important to note that Manager agents are the only ones able to access the Agency Portal.

Once you've successfully logged in, follow the next steps:

Go to the "Edit agency" section, by clicking on your username in the top right corner.



Add the logo through the "Select" button.



Add agency information - the fields marked with the red star are mandatory, while the others are optional.

Once you're all done, it is important to save the changes - to do that, scroll to the bottom and click on "Save".





Now you’re all set! Your agency details and logo will be displayed across relevant sections of the platform. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
