Agents Managment

In order to manage agents, you need to have a 'Manager' role in BookingPad.

Once you invite agents to BookingPad, you can administrate their accounts inside the Agents Management. 

Agent Role

You can grant one of the three roles to an agent: 

Agent	Shop	Book On-hold	Issue	Add Ancillaries	Servicing	Agent Mgmt
Manager	✅	✅	✅	✅	✅	✅
Issuer	✅	✅	✅	✅	✅	❌
Consultant (same functions as Issuers, just for their own bookings)	✅	✅	✅	✅	✅	❌
Booker	✅	✅	❌	❌	❌	❌

You can find roles in the 'Role' column, clicking on the dropdown menu. 

Manage access

Use the switch at the right of each user row to easily activate/deactivate the agent.

Edit details

After making any change to an agent 2 new buttons "Save" and "Cancel" will appear on their row, if the modifications are correct make sure to save them.
