Agents Managment
In order to manage agents, you need to have a 'Manager' role in BookingPad.
Once you invite agents to BookingPad, you can administrate their accounts in Agents Mgmt. (management).
You can grant one of the three roles to an agent:
You can find roles in the 'Role' column, clicking on the dropdown menu.
In the 'Manage' column you can see a status of each user and you can easily activate or deactivate the agents. The users that are active have a button 'Deactivate' and, vice versa, the deactivated user have a button 'Activate'. The users that have a pending invitation (meaning they haven't completed the registration yet) have a button 'Cancel invite'. See an example of this action buttons on the screenshot below.
In the column 'Actions' you can see a button 'Edit'. This function serves for editing the agent ID.
