If you are searching a particular fight and not getting any results in Bookingpad, please follow these steps.
1. Check the itinerary on the airline's portal
As the very first thing, double-check if the particular flight is available on the airline's portal (SPRK, IAG, etc.). If the NDC itinerary is not available on the portal, then it, naturally, won't be available in Bookingpad either. Make sure that the flight is available in NDC, not in GDS only.
2. Contact us if itinerary is available on the airline's NDC portal
If the NDC itinerary is available on the airline's NDC portal but missing in Bookingpad, please contact us about this matter. There might be some technical problem which we'll need to investigate.
