Change Passenger Data

Post booking changes (for on hold/ticketed orders) in passenger details are supported by several providers. You can find an overview of what changes are allowed by each airline below. 

A3: Modify DOB and gender. Add/modify documents.
Modify names, surnames, DOB, gender and documents.
AFKL: Modify names, surnames and title. Add/modify documents.
BA: Modify names, surnames and title (surname only on the on hold orders). Add/modify documents. Add/modify FFN and corporate loyalty program. 
CMModify names, surnames and title (only on-hold). Modify DOB, gender, passenger contact details. Add/modify documents.
HA: Modify names, surnames, documents. 
IB: Modify names, surnames and title.
UA: No updates allowed. 
QF: Modify name, surname, DOB, documents.
QR: Modify DOB. 

Where to do changes 

You can change details for both on hold and ticketed orders. Go to the order, click on Order Details and scroll down to passenger details. You will see a red button 'Change passenger data' which will allow you to proceed with changes.
