Flight not Found in BookingPad
We provide only NDC content, GDS content is not available.
If you are searching for a particular fight and not getting any results in BookingPad, please follow these steps.
Double-check if the particular flight is available on the airline's portal (SPRK, IAG, etc.). If the NDC itinerary is not available on the portal, it won't be available in BookingPad either.
If the NDC itinerary is available on the airline's NDC portal but missing in BookingPad, please contact us about this matter. There might be some technical problem which we'll need to investigate.

2. Contact us if the itinerary is available on the airline's NDC portal
If the NDC itinerary is available on the airline's NDC portal but missing in BookingPad, please contact us about this matter. There might be some technical problem which we'll need to investigate.
