Grant access to Agents in BookingPad
In order to grand access to other agents, you need to have a 'Manager' role in BookingPad.
Click the dropdown menu behind your email address that can be found on top-right corner. Select the option Agents management.
You will see a ➕ button. Click on it, select the user role and insert the email address.
The user will receive 2 emails:
Invitation to the agency
Actions required
You will need to finilaize the set up of your account by verifying your email and creating a password
If the user already has an account and is being invited to a new agency, they will only receive the invitation email
As the last step, the user needs to create password. The registration is then completed and the user can start using BookingPad.
