Reset Password

If you can't remember your login credentials to Bookingpad platform, you can simply reset a new password. Just click on the button 'Forgot password', fill in your email address and click on button 'Submit'. The new password will be sent to your email address. 

Find your credentials in the email

You can also check your credentials in the email that was sent to you after you activated your account and created a password. The email title is: "You have been registered at Bookingpad Agency Portal" and you can find your Username and Agency ID in there.
