Order Split

The function Order Split allows you to split the passengers in one order (PNR). There might be several reasons for the split, for example if one passenger won't be traveling and want to cancel the flight or travel on a different day, etc.

How to split the order

Find the order you want to split and go to Order Details. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see several buttons. Click on the button Order Split.

With BA make sure Free seats and ancillaries are removed before doing an Order Split

A new window will pop up with two tables: Current Passenger List and New Passenger List. Select the passengers you want to split from the current list and move them (through the arrow) to the table with new passenger list. Once done, click on Split Order button.

The order will be split and you will receive an email notification about this action. You can also double check it in Order History, where this action will be displayed. Also new Order ID will be provided for the other ticket.

If you go back to the Orders Page, you will see the original order and right below a new order for the passenger(s) that was split.
